Monday, February 14, 2011. 350 Degrees Cool: 1 hour. 1 tsp Baking Powder. 1 tsp Baking Soda. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 tsp Nutmeg(use less then what it asks for). 3 cups Finely Shredded Carrots. 1 cup Cooking Oil. 1 recipe Cream Cheese Frosting (will add later). 1 Grease and lightly flour two 9x1 1/2-inch round baking pans or grease one 13x9x2 baking pan; set aside. 3 Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes for round pans or 35 to 40 minutes for 13x9 inch pan or until.

Thursday, June 17, 2010. Banana muffins with mascarpone cream cheese frosting. This is a recipe that my mom got from Ronalee, a friend that she works with who also makes super yummy stuff! The frosting is soooooo yummy! Banana muffins with mascarpone cream cheese frosting. 1 TBsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp cinnamon (I double it because I like lots of cinnamon). I also added a tiny bit of cardamom because I love that stuff, but that's just me.). 1 cup vegetable oil. I am nuts about nuts!

It's a little bit spicy (and can be more or less spicy) and just plain delicious. And the best part: it takes 15 minutes to make! 1 box of linguine. 2 cans diced tomatoes (I like the "roasted" ones). 4 1/2 cups water. 6 chicken or vegetable bullion cubes. 1 onion, chopped. 1/4 cup olive oil.
