This is another Rachael Ray that we love. It surprised me with how good it was! It seriously tastes like home. 1/2 lb. pasta (penne rigate, corkscrew, cavatappi, elbows, or medium shells). 2 lb broccolini, ends trimmed 1-inch from bottom (or you can use broccoli; broccolini is a hybrid between broccoli and kale, it's really good!

Let sit for 10 minutes. Add margerine, salt, and half the flour. Beat until smooth. Add enough flour to make a firm dough. Knead about 10 minutes. Confession: I don't always wait the full times.use your judgement. and I probably don't knead it for 10 minutes (the mere thought makes my arms tired!

Wednesday, May 26, 2010. 1 T lemon juice } mix and let stand for 10 minutes. 1 tsp vanilla /. 1 1/2 c. brown sugar. 2/3 c vegetable oil. 2 1/2 c. flour. 1 1/2 cup chopped rhubarb. 1/2 c chopped walnuts. 1/4 c Brown sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 T melted butter* - mix and put on top of unbaked batter*. Preheat oven to 325* grease 2 9x5 pans. In large bowl mix 1 1/2 c. br. sugar, oil, and egg. Then add flour, salt and baking soda. Fold in rhubarb and nuts. Bake 40 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
