I tried my hand at Cooking. Sunday, June 1, 2014. Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp. Jaggery- powdered- 1/2 tsp. Curry leaves- 8-10 leaves. Cut the tomatoes and Onions. Heat a pan, add oil, Cook the tomato till it becomes soft. Take it out. Now fry the onions till they turn transparent pink. Take cooked tomato and onion and grind. Add the ground paste to the pan again, add the chilli powder, salt, jaggery, turmeric and cook for a while, until the water content in the chutney reduces. Beetroot Sasuve/ Beetroot raita.
