Cooking For Loving | devaneios culinários numa madrugada qualquer
Então resolvi colocar tudo no processador!

Feeding Madison | and everyone else too!
And everyone else too! Product Review-Lucy’s Sugar Cookies. September 8, 2010. These cookies are GFCF, Peanut, Egg and Tree Nut Free. I was a bit thrown when I saw “oats” on the ingredient list but apparently they are certified GF oats. These cookies are very good! Crunchy and not at all grainy with a nice flavor. Easily identified as a sugar cookie and not noticably GFCF in fact! 4 some confusion due to oats and other ingredients that might be hard to identify as GFCF. 5 Very good tast and texture.

They reminded me of oatmeal cookies in a way, but chewier. I want to play around with this recipe a bit, even though I thought they were quite good. Next time I want to replace the baking soda with baking powder-for a fluffier cookie. 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 cup sorghum flour. 3/4 cup quinoa flakes.
