Just Another Cooking Blog: Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

http://www.cookingforthetaylors.blogspot.com/2011/01/creamy-chicken-enchiladas.html

Just Another Cooking Blog. Monday, January 17, 2011. So as I was deciding on my meal plan for the week I asked Trace if he wanted Beef Enchiladas, he then replied I really like your mom's chicken enchiladas better than your beef ones. So instead of hitting him in the head I tried to remember the chicken enchiladas recipes. I'm not 100% sure if this is her exact recipe so I'm going to check with her but these turned out pretty good. 2 to 3 Chicken Breasts (Boiled and Shredded). 1 Can Chopped Green Chilies.
