About 1/2 lb fresh washed green beans with ends trimmed off. Grape tomatoes halved or quartered. Fresh ground pepper (I used a garlic and red pepper grinder mix). 1 Preheat oven to 375*F or 400*F (I was worried about my pans on 400 so I did 375). 2 Coat baking sheet with olive oil. Grape Tomatoes halved or quartered. Light spray of olive oil.

I like the white Savoy type myself. 1 large onion sliced into slivers (substitute leeks if that is your preference). 1 medium head of cabbage cored, rinsed and thinly sliced. 2-3 Tbls of butter.
