Sunday, January 23, 2011. This is a fairly easy and quick preparation. The sauce is key for this. 1) Mix 2-3 tp of tomato sauce, 203 teaspoon (tsp) of chilly schezuan sauce, 1-2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of green chilly sauce. 2) Fry paneer in hot pan till they get golden. 3) Stir fry onions, green peppers and other ingredients you want. 4) Mix paneer to the above and add the sauce and cook for few mins.
