CookingIsSoMuchFun: Egged Bread (Indian version of french toast)

http://cookingissomuchfun.blogspot.com/2011/01/egged-bread-indian-version-of-french.html

Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Egged Bread (Indian version of french toast). Okay, the picture may not do justice to the preparation, but I guess it was never the intention. Plating is important, but i will skip for this one. So this is an Indian way of making French Toast. This preparation is more delicious and spicy and tasty. 1) Fry chopped onions, green / red peppers and tomatoes. You may add others you want. Take the mix out and fry peeled and cut okra till they become soft. add salt, dhanya powder, turmeric and chilly powder to your taste. Once the water is gone, mix this with the fried condiments and grind them. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
