Cooking Notes Ita Gazali. Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Sudah lama tak menyicipi dadar gulung isi kelapa dan gula merah, rasanya kangen banget. Saya bukanlah penggemar penganan yang manis-manis tapi bukan berarti tidak suka. Untuk dadar gulung isi kelapa gula merah, saya suka menyantapnya saat masih panas kalau udah dingin gak berselera lagi. 10 sendok makan kelapa mengkal parut (saya ganti dengan dried coconut). 50 ml Air (saya ganti dengan santan). 2 cup tepung terigu. Pasta pandan 2-3 tetes.

Saya telah mencoba 3x dengan mengkombinasikan resep-resep yang ada baik dari resep di blog teman-teman Indonesia ataupun resep home made dari orang Jepang asli. Chicken katsu sangat simple dan pasti disukai anak-anak. 2 buah dada ayam (tanpa tulang lebih disarankan). 2 butir telur, kocok lepas. Minyak goreng (Corn oil lebih baik karen hasilnya lebih crunchy).

Karena suka dengan red curry tersebut, penasaran deh pengen nyoba bikin.dan hasilnya. Resep aslinya dari sini. Nenas secukupnya, iris dadu. 2 sdt vegetable oil.

Disini donat mah boanyak dari yang masih mentah sampai yang tinggal di masukin kemulut. Pilihan rasa juga tak kalah banyak, tapi leher ndeso ku kangeennn ama donat kampung yang rasanya gak semanis donat disini. Resepnya saya dapat di MP mba Muylinda disini. 500 gr tepung terigu. 11 gr ragi instan. 60 gr mentega (pake blueband import).
