Thursday, October 14, 2010. Best Ever Lemon Cake. 1 pkg lemon cake mix. 3-6 lemons (depending on size). 1 stick butter (I use less). Optional: Kool Whip, cream cheese, and lemon juice for topping. Make cake mix as directed and bake in 9x13 pan. Start making the glaze while it bakes. Squeeze several lemons into bowl, melt butter and mix together with powdered sugar until it is "glaze" consistency. While the cake is hot, poke holes all over cake and pour lemon glaze all over. Shredded Pork and Beans.
