Wednesday, September 10, 2014. Black Berry, Lime and Beet Greens Smoothie. I've really been enjoying making smoothies with ingredients straight from the garden as I feel nature is providing the nutrients important to us for the season we are in. This morning, my green smoothie turned pink, and was truly amazing. I was inspired to create something which was nutritious, not using kale (as that's all I used all winter) and summery.
