Wednesday, September 10, 2014. Black Berry, Lime and Beet Greens Smoothie. I've really been enjoying making smoothies with ingredients straight from the garden as I feel nature is providing the nutrients important to us for the season we are in. This morning, my green smoothie turned pink, and was truly amazing. I was inspired to create something which was nutritious, not using kale (as that's all I used all winter) and summery. Black raspberries and lime sure do that trick. 1 banana (always use a banana).

I love my cat Tator tooo much to cook him, plus. this isn't a Chinese dish! Insert drum roll here haha. 1 Pound of lean beef. 2 cans of cream of celery soup. 2 cans of french style green beans. 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Noodles ( if you have them, not needed). 1 bag of frozen tator tots. Let me know how it turned out! But I am BACK!
