Cooking with a touch of Jules-. Last week I updated a status on Facebook with the next recipe others wanted, Italian or Mexican? Majority ruled and Mexican won the vote. I could eat Mexican EVERY day of my life. I have so many different ideas and things to make, it really honestly is hard to choose between Monterrey Steak, Tacos, Fajitas, Enchiladas and even WaLkInG TaCos! Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts. Bake at 325: for 45-60 minutes remove from oven and remove foil and let stand for 10 minutes.

Cooking with a touch of Jules-. Winter Blues Away with a delicious Mexican Dish! I am not sure about you, but this winter stuff. has got me feeling the winter blahs and blues! If I had the money and time, I would drop anything to go somewhere warm, tropical, white sandy beaches. and a splashing ocean. but then I am kicked with reality we have at least another month of this crap- - then we are greeted with rain, which is really okay because then it is spring! 1 Bag of Frozen Chicken Breasts. 3 Cups of Rice.

Cooking with a touch of Jules-. Ferzie's Potato Soup- - with a twist! There is a REALLY big game today. its the team from up North VS The Ohio State University BUCKEYES! I started the recipe from what my mother Jennifer shared with me about a year ago. I took her recipe, made it the first time, and then changed it completely. So the soup is definitely Ferzie's but with a twist! A big bag of Idaho Potato's. Milk ( smaller than a quart). Celery ( 2 stalks). 1 or 2 Onions ( depends if you like them or not).

Wednesday, September 10, 2014. Black Berry, Lime and Beet Greens Smoothie. I've really been enjoying making smoothies with ingredients straight from the garden as I feel nature is providing the nutrients important to us for the season we are in. This morning, my green smoothie turned pink, and was truly amazing. I was inspired to create something which was nutritious, not using kale (as that's all I used all winter) and summery. Black raspberries and lime sure do that trick. 1 banana (always use a banana).
