How does it work? You call to set up a date to interview me. When chosen as your personal chef, I conduct a food assessment in your home. We go over your food likes and dislikes. If there are any food allergies or sensitivities, we select your custom menu from your needs and desires. We select your cook date. I come with all the groceries, pots, pans and cooking utensils. I do all the cooking and packaging of the meals. I label all dishes and leave reheating instructions.
