Hervir las costillas por 10 minutos en una olla con agua y dos dientes de ajo enteros y dos hojas de laurel. Partirlas y Sazonarlas, luego, con sal,pimienta, orégano y ajos. Mientras, cortar las dos cebollas en corte pluma.
