Squeeze of lemon juice. 1 Slight melt butter, Mix all ingredients together and rub into salmon. 2 Heat tbsp oil in a griddle pan and pan fry for about 6-7 mins until cooked through. Serves 1 approx 300 calories per portion. 2 slice parma ham. 1 Mix ricotta, chopped Spinach, nutmeg and pepper n salt in a bowl. 2 Slice the chicken breast down the side to open like a butterfly and stuff with the ricotta mix then close over. 3 Wrap the parma ham round chicken breast and fry in a hot pan for few minutes each side to brown. 5 Serve with your choice of sides. Back in April. These chickpea burgers are delicious! Pregnancy has brought on a major aversion to chicken, so I was excited to get a buffalo fix in another way. We didn't miss the meat with these burgers! They aren't grill friendly without a pan, so they might be the perfect lunch or dinner solution on a rainy summer day.
