90 grams Hershey´s unsweteened chocolate. 189; boiling water. 1 ¾ cup flour. 189; teaspoon baking soda. 1 1/3 cup sugar. 190; cup milk. 90 grams softened butter. 189; teaspoon salt. Preheat the oven to 350°F. (175°C.). Line the bottom of two 9-by-3 inch square cake pan with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate in the boiling water. Cool it. Pour in the prepared pans and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Fill and frost the cake to your liking. Salmon Mousseline with Potato Crackers.

Im a BIG lover of crisps so I said id try and re-create the salt and vinegar crisps without using a microwave (for anyone who made them with the microwave will know) 🙂. Kosher Salt and Balsamic Vinegar. Slice you potato into tiny slices (I use the JML Super Slicer). Once thats done place your slices on a tray (actifryer cooking tray or baking tray).
