Agar agar stripes – 25 gms. Milk – 1 1/4 cup. Sugar – 6 tbsp. Condensed milk – 2 tbsp. Tender coconut water -1 cup. Tender coconut pulp – 1 cup. Water – 1/2 cup. Boil agar agar stripes and water in a pan. After the agar gets dissolved add sugar and condensed milk. Then add milk, boil it for 2 min. Off the flame and add tender coconut water and pulp. Mix well until well combined. Pour the mixture in to a bowl and chill in refrigerator for 1 hr. Enjoy the refreshing pudding with a smile. July 4, 2017.

Carrot – 1 (cut into Julienne). Beans – 6(cut into Julienne). Chicken – 500 gms(boneless). Spring onion – 2 sprigs. Chili Flakes – 3 tbsp. Egg – 2 (beaten). Oil – 3 tbsp. Butter – 1 1/2 tbsp. Water (boiling for noodles). Heat a pan with water ,add noodles,oil(1 tbsp),garlic pods(2),and salt. Add the noodles and chili flakes.
