My love for cooking started at a very young age. Since flour, sugar and eggs were inexpensive I did a lot of baking. I had very few culinary training although I would love to do that sort of thing. I am just a self-taught cook. My fresh recipes, down-to-earth teaching style, and many cooking tips ensure that the students leave class with the confidence and enthusiasm they need to cook delicious food at home. Cooking and baking ingredients along with utensils are also sold at a very reasonable price.

What are the timings for cooking classes? Cooking classes are mostly held for 11:00 am to 3:00pm from Mondays and Fridays and 1:00pm to 5:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays. Are the cooking classes held in weekends? Yes, we schedule cooking classes in the weekend also. Yes this is done keeping in mind of the timing for working people. What is the duration of the classes? The duration of each class range from 3 hours to 5 hours depending on the complexity of the course. All classes are completed in 1 day.

100 grams Black chana. 50 grams Chana daal. 1 medium potato boiled and grated. 1 tablespoon Coriander powder. Salt, according to taste. 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala. 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder. 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Paste. Lemon juice with lemon. Soak black Chana overnight and Chana dhal for two hours. Take the black Chana in a pressure cooker with water level inch above it and place the Chana dhal in a vessel over it. Give one whistle and simmer for 20 minutes. Click here to cancel reply.
