Cooking With the Connerleys: Most Random "dinner" of All!

Cooking With the Connerleys. Thursday, April 26, 2012. Most Random "dinner" of All! April 17th, 2012. So, this is not the "dinner" that I am most proud of, by any means! But I thought, why not include the good and the bad, even the really bad! Who doesn't love Velveeta, though? So, for dinner, I had Velveeta cheese and popcorn and Daniel had a big bowl of popcorn. Healthy, right? Not at all, but it was delicious! April 27, 2012 at 6:31 AM. April 27, 2012 at 10:47 AM. April 29, 2012 at 6:44 PM. Subscribe ...

Cooking With the Connerleys: March Crest Fest Part 2

http://www.cookingwiththeconnerleys.blogspot.com/2012/04/march-crest-fest-part-2.html

Cooking With the Connerleys. Wednesday, April 11, 2012. March Crest Fest Part 2. This was my "healthy" addition to the March Crest Fest. I found the recipe off of Pinterest from this website: http:/ everycollegegirl.com/how-to-cook-healthy-mozzarella-sticks/. This recipe was super easy, and did not take any time at all to prepare! Next: one bowl of flour, one with 1 beaten egg and the third with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Bake on 400 degrees for 4 minutes, watching carefully. Just to give you an i...

Cooking With the Connerleys. Tuesday, April 10, 2012. March Crest Fest Part 1. So, Crest Fest only seemed appropriate. We started out with 12-13 girls, but we only have 7 of us left now. The others have moved to other towns either because of getting married, a new job or just for fun! Either way, we always have a good time! This Crest Fest I decided I would try to make something healthy and something a little. not so healthy. S'mores Cookies from this website off of pinterest:. Needless to say we had a b...

The Best of What's Around: Beach Trip

http://thekuevens.blogspot.com/2014/08/beach-trip.html

The Best of What's Around. Thursday, August 7, 2014. We stayed in that night, ordered pizza and played a few games. The next day we had beautiful weather so we went straight out to the beach and stayed until lunch time. After the boys napped we spent the rest of the day at the pool. That night Dennis and Kim stayed in with the boys while Brian, Melinda, John, and I went to dinner. It was nice to have an adults night out! Our trip came to an end too soon, but we had a wonderful beach vacation!

The Best of What's Around: September 2014

http://thekuevens.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html

The Best of What's Around. Monday, September 29, 2014. Our final vacation for the summer was a trip to Gulf Shores with my family. We spent a week at the beach at a house named "Kokomo" with Marge and Big D, Laura Anne and Chris, and Rae and Robert. It was the perfect way to end our summer. We ate lots of good food, spent lots of time in the sun, and enjoyed spending lots of time together. Chance is a beach bum like his mama and enjoyed every waking moment playing in the sand or in the ocean. In the midd...

The Best of What's Around: November 2012

http://thekuevens.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html

The Best of What's Around. Friday, November 30, 2012. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in Boston. It was a beautiful day. After a lazy morning watching the parade, we ate a light lunch, and headed to the park. Once Chance took his afternoon nap, we went to our friends' Adam and Julie's apartment. Her mom was in town and cooked us a delicious Thanksgiving meal. We have spent every Thanksgiving with Adam, and the last two with Julie and her mom as well. We have so much to be thankful for! Marge and Big D.

Life As A Cotten. February 6, 2012. This is the front of the home (picture was taken back in the summer time last year). I am extremely ready for it to look like this again! Here is a picture of Milam and I right after we found out the house was ours. In my true spirit I have already started to decorate the house for each the upcoming Holiday.Happy Valentines! Disregard me in the reflection on the door). Also as a side note we are currently in search of a new front door. Here is our master bath room.

The Best of What's Around: April 2014

http://thekuevens.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html

The Best of What's Around. Monday, April 14, 2014. We were so happy to spend Thanksgiving in MS this year. For the past three years, we were in Boston and not able to fly home. While we loved our Boston "Friendsgiving" traditions, we were excited to go home this year. Chance and I flew home on the Sunday before and got some extra time in with our family while. John drove on Wednesday just in time for all the festivities. It was nice to hangout, watch the Egg Bowl, and eat more good food with family.

The Best of What's Around: August 2012

http://thekuevens.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html

The Best of What's Around. Friday, August 31, 2012. I put it off for as long as I could. I told John I was at least waiting until he turned one before I cut his hair. Well, last weekend I realized that his cute little curls were getting so long they weren't curling anymore.he was starting to get a mullet/rat tail in the back! Ha So on Monday, August 27, I took Chance for his fist haircut. He sat in my lap facing me, which worked great. He never even made a peep. The lady was so nice and was aware...I can...

The Best of What's Around. Tuesday, November 19, 2013. Santa Fe - 3. Sunday was our last full day of the trip. Most of the group went white water rafting in the morning. They had a great time and all made it back in one piece! In the afternoon, we had a great walking tour of the city. Including the Georgia O'Keefe museum, some local churches, and the miracle steps. We ended our tour and walked over to the cooking school. We had so much fun and all felt like we learned a lot. It was nice having the pl...

http://thekuevens.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html

The Best of What's Around. Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Since Thanksgiving was late this year, I actually broke our "rule" and started going through the Christmas decorations a little early. We didn't decorate last year because we moved from Boston in early December and were living at Marge and Big D's. So I was excited to go through our things as well as some decorations that were packed up since we lived in Tupelo! It was fun decorating, but took tons of lights! There was also lots of other holiday fun incl...
