Just another WordPress.com site. Katsu Chicken with Avocado Pasta. Lentil Soup →. I have always loved seafood, especially shellfish. Nowadays I eat most of my fish raw at sushi bars, but I still love crab and lobster. Tonight, I made a recipe for lobster bisque I learned in school that started with a whole lobster, and was thickened with rice instead of flour. The recipe, and even the plating, comes straight from Le Cordon Blue’s textbook (paraphrased, of course). 1 oz cooking oil. 1 tsp tomato paste.
