Wednesday, February 4, 2015. 2 (3 oz.) packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded. 1 medium yellow onion. 2 large chicken breasts, cut into small strips. 1 clove of garlic, chopped. 2 tbsp. olive oil. 1 tsp sesame oil. 188; cup soy sauce. 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce. 1 Tbsp sriracha hot sauce, use less if you prefer a more mild dish! Add 1 tbsp. olive oil and chopped garlic to a large skillet, bring to medium heat. Add chicken to skillet and sauté on medium heat. Remove from heat an serve!

I went to Kelsey's last night with my daughters gymnastics team and I had this great wrap and thought I would try to make something similar. I changed a bunch of things up but I think it turned out amazing. Spinach Wrap or Sun-dried Tomato. I sautéed the mushrooms in a frying pan as there was a ton of snow outside and I didn't want to grill them but that is what I think would be best if you had the option.

Thursday, December 21, 2017. 3 cups cooked shredded chicken breast meat. 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup. 1 cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt. 1/2- 3/4 cup chicken broth. 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed. 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted. 2 tbs poppy seeds. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 2.5 – 3 quart baking dish. In a large bowl, mix the soup, broth and the sour cream until well blended. Fold in the shredded chicken.
