Giddy As Ever: San Diego Zoo
http://must-ash.blogspot.com/2012/01/san-diego-zoo.html
Wednesday, January 25, 2012. While we were in California, we got to visit San Diego Zoo with Wendy and her boys. I have a lot of good memories there and I was excited to take Gideon. Unfortunately, you can't cover as much ground with three little kids so we weren't able to see everything, but everything was still interesting. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Giddy As Ever: Snow Day
http://must-ash.blogspot.com/2012/01/snow-day.html
Wednesday, January 25, 2012. There was quite a bit of snowfall the first week of January so we bought Gideon some snowpants. Nate took these pictures while I was in my last all-day residency at Westminster College. That means I graduate in May! That's beside the point, though. Here's Giddy playing in the best snow on Earth. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). High School Flashback. in the weirdest way. All the People I know. 2014 Year In Review or Newsletter. Giddy As Ever: May 2011
http://must-ash.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Okay, so the numbers are:. Weight: 15.79 lbs (68th percentile). Height: 25.79 inches (80th percentile). Head: 16.1 inches (18th percentile). So our little Gideon is growing, growing, growing! Sunday, May 8, 2011. A short tribute to my mom. It will not include a picture because she would not want one posted. At church today the speakers were sharing their favorite stories of their wives and mothers. I wanted to do the same in some small way and so I am doing it here. I gave my mothe...
the McLeans: July 2009
http://themclean.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
I have had my brothers staying with us since the 4rth, and for the last week my sister and mother. My inlaws have been in town at the same time. On Sat we head to Seattle for a visit. Shhhessshh. I love family! Things have been stressful, chaotic, and busy but also amazing, fun, and memorable. I love family and am so grateful to have them. Fruits of my labors. This morning I picked my first. There should be cucumbers, lettuce, and corn coming next! And within 2 days they have managed to eat like crazy!

Giddy As Ever: First Christmas!
http://must-ash.blogspot.com/2012/01/first-christmas.html
Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Gideon's first Christmas was so much fun! Here he is helping us put up Christmas decorations the week before Christmas. (Don't worry, we kept them up until his birthday so we had enough time to enjoy them). This is when he got exhausted from all the work. Christmas Eve my family came to our house to open family presents and have pizza. This is Gideon with my Grandparents Hansen. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Giddy As Ever: Food for thought...
http://must-ash.blogspot.com/2012/01/food-for-thought.html
Wednesday, January 18, 2012. I have been obsessed with the results of the PIPA and SOPA bills today since popular websites like google and wikipedia have dedicated their websites to stop them. I, even, for the second time in my life contacted my state representatives about the issue (especially since I suspected one of them was going to support it). And then I saw this post from one of my facebook friends:. This has been going on for months! Just food for thought. January 19, 2012 at 9:23 AM.
Giddy As Ever: November 2011
http://must-ash.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 14, 2011. A Perfect Ten.almost. Today is Gideon's 10 month mark! Gideon like to sleep on his tummy with his legs crouched underneath him and his head up against the edge of his crib. It looks incredibly uncomfortable. He also stands really well now and likes to walk with some assistance. He made a lap around the entire stake center yesterday and loved it. Happy 10th, Bubzilla! Giddy As Ever: First Birthday!
http://must-ash.blogspot.com/2012/01/first-birthday.html
Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Gideon turned one on January 14th. We decided to postpone the birthday party for a week so I could get all caught up from the trip to Cali and school. We spent the whole day with him, though and took him to IHOP for some chicken strips and fries. After IHOP we picked up some cupcakes and blew out a candle. Oddly enough, Gideon doesn't really like sweet things so we had to prod him a bit to eat it. He does, however, like the feel of frosting. Happy Birthday, Gideon!
Giddy As Ever: December 2010

Saturday, December 18, 2010. And it Came to Pass. This is my favorite Christmas Story. Click Here. Friday, December 17, 2010. I don't craft much myself, but I have a friend that does this amazing crafty-card blog that I wanted to share with those of you who are always looking for ideas. Http:/ simply-pam.blogspot.com/. Sunday, December 12, 2010. We've had a lot of people over this month. Okay, the holidays always bring chaos, but it's time for a re-cap as we wind down the year. That's the haps, stay tune...

What's Cookin' with the Johnstons
Thursday, May 14, 2015. Wesley's First Bike {Balance Bike Review}. Wesley has loved riding things with wheels since his first birthday when he was gifted a riding car. Since then, he graduated to a Radio Flyer trike and bike. When the weather got nicer a month or so ago, I began researching balance bikes. I'd heard that they were incredible and thought perhaps Wesley would enjoy one. After much research, crowd-surfing, and reading reviews on amazon.com, we settled on the FirstBIKE Cross Bike. Hand brake ...

I finally tried Wildtree's Alfredo Extraordinaire on Sunday. It was mid afternoon and Greg and I were hungry. I didn't want to make us a large lunch, so I began going through the cupboards. That's when I landed my eye on a box of Alfredo Extraordinaire. YUM! Is all I have to say. Posted by TracyAnna Hass-Fischer.

Thursday, July 21, 2011. Very low carb cheesecake. Very Low Carb Cheesecake. First, make the Pecan Nut Pie crust. Very simple. Use 1 cup of pecan pieces. Frozen is good but not required. 2 Tbsp of butter (Real chefs do NOT use margarine. That would be gross, disgusting, etc.). 2 Tbsp of artificial sweetener if you wish. Personally, I don't need it. Add the butter, mix in evenly and then quickly dump into a pie pan. Push it into the corners and up the sides if you wish. Next, make the cheesecake filling.
