Mercoledì 11 aprile 2012. Ricetta presa da qui. 600 gr. di farina. 300 gr. di acqua. 40 gr di olio evo. 1 cubetto di lievito di birra. 2 cucchiaini di sale. 1 cucchiaino di zucchero. Impastare tutti gli ingredienti 1 minuto e 1/2 a spiga e lasciar lievitare nel bollcale per 1/2 ora. Trascorso il tempo di lievitazione, stendere l'impasto col mattarello fino a formare un rettangolo. Sfogliare l'impasto come per la pasta sfoglia ripiegando in tre il rettangolo, girarlo di un mezzo giro e stenderlo di nuovo.
