From my Kitchen to Yours. A collection of my favorite recipes. Some are my own, and others were given to me by friends and family. Enjoy! Tuesday, July 15, 2008. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup white sugar. 5 teaspoons baking powder. 1 egg, beaten. 1 pkg Vanilla sugar (in the States 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla). 1 cup blended berries (strawberries and blueberries etc) finely cut or mashed. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease mini cupcake tins. Monday, July 14, 2008. 2 cups rolled oats.

Saturday, November 8, 2014. 3 red firm tomatoes. 1 green bell pepper. 10 or as many-as-you-like black Kalamata or green olives. 6-oz (170 gr.) Greek Feta cheese - sliced or crumbled. 189; cup olive oil. 4 Tbs red wine vinegar. Oregano, salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes into small wedges. Peel and slice the cucumber into thin slices, repeat the same with green pepper and red onion slices. Last, whisk in a bowl the vinegar with salt and pepper. Add in a steady stream the olive oil. Saturday, November 8, 2014. 1 large cucumber - peeled and grated (cheese grater). 2 cups plain Greek yogurt. 2 cloves pressed garlic. 2 TBS red wine vinegar. 4 TBS olive oil. Salt and white pepper to taste. Start by squeezing the grated cucumber to get rid of all the moisture. Gently fold yogurt into cucumber, add the garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Continue mixing very gently until all is mixed. Cover and place in refrigerator until you are ready to serve it. It is really good cold.

Friday, May 29, 2009. 1 kilo (2.2 lb.) of fresh spinach. 1(1 pound) package of Athens Phyllo dough. 2 large good-looking leeks. 2 green onions, sliced. 1-½ cups of good green olive oil. 189; cup cut up fresh dill. 189; pound Greek feta cheese. 4 lightly beaten eggs. Add the crumbled feta cheese, lightly beaten eggs and put the mixture aside. Take a nice 9x13 baking deep, lasagna pan dish and brush it with olive oil. Tuesday, September 22, 2009. 189; cup olive oil. 189; minced red onion. 188; cup fresh tomato pulp. 188; cup toasted pine nuts. 188; cup sultana raisins. 4 Tbs finely chopped parsley. 4 Tbs finely chopped dill. 189; tsp finely chopped mint leaves. Sea salt and pepper. Heat 5 Tbs. olive oil in a pan. Sauté. The onion, rice, and pine nuts for 7-10 minutes. Add the raisins, tomato pulp, parsley, dill, and mint. Remove from heat, mix well and allow to cool. Add salt and pepper. MANGO, CILANTRO, ORANGE SALSA.
