Cooking with the Kings. Sunday, June 19, 2011. Freshly Stuffed Summer Squash. Thank goodness for gardens and fresh summer veggies. We always seem to have a supply of squash so tonight I decided I needed to get a little creative or we would get burnt out pretty quick. Freshly Stuffed Summer Squash. 1 large yellow squash. 1 small yellow squash. 1 slice of whole wheat bread torn into little pieces. 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence with Lavender (this might be a schnucks speciality). Bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes.

Sunday, May 13, 2012. Zach's childhood friend, Eli, wanted to introduce Wyatt to real horses. We all packed in the car and headed to the barn. Wyatt already loves Lye(Eli) and Kay(Kate) so he was tickled to be going anywhere with them! Once we got to the barn, Wyatt was a little overwhelmed by feeding time and all of the grunting and neighing going on. I think he did a pretty good job for his first ride. (and momma was actually relaxed which means she totally trusted Eli with her baby!

Thursday, April 19, 2012. Lynnlee is 1 Month Old. Wow, this past month has flown by. Only if the months of pregnancy would go so fast! Lynnlee is really a great baby! She is laid back for the most part but can be very dramatic when she wants her way! She is eating much better than her brother and the scale proved this to be true. She weighs 9.6 already! Thursday, May 10, 2012. Potty Training.and so it begins! I guess it is time to potty train! Part of this Mommy hates to do this because it really means my sweet boy is growing up and the other part is going to LOVE it! We unpacked the potty tonight and explained it to Wy. He really tried hard to pee pee but wasn't able. During dinner all he could say was "Pee Pee" so we headed to the potty and he really did pee pee! I was tickled and acted like a nut!
