Monday, October 6, 2014. It’s interesting, that I’m starting back here after almost exactly 1 year off. A lot has happened in the last year. That’s a topic for a different site. I’ll just stick to training here😉. Pause Front Squats (1401). 135×5, 135×5, 135×5, 225×3, 225×3, 225×3. The 225s got pretty tough. Not muscularly, but I was breathing really heavy after each set). 45×10, 65×10, 86×10, 105×7. My right shoulder is a mess. So, I wanted to get some light OH work to help with stabilizers.
