Saturday, October 11, 2008. Made it home about 8:00 tonight. Will write more tomorrow, tonight I need to sort laundry and get to bed so we are ready for Sunday services. Keep the remainder of our team in your prayers. Us and 1 other flew into Houston. Everyone else (8 others) were scheduled to fly into Miami however they are stuck in San Jose and have been there since 5 am. They will not get out until tomorrow. It had something to do with plane issues. Friday, October 10, 2008. We are ready to be home!

Wednesday, October 8, 2008. Tomorrow school is out so we will be going into the community to do 2 different neighborhood assemblies. We may have more to do but those are definite (as definite as it can be here). Then we are schedule to be back at the church for the outreach service tomorrow night. Tuesday, October 7, 2008. Hot, Humid, and Rainy. We found out today that all of the LACC schools that we are going to are all connected with Assemblies of God churches. They are sponsored by the churches and so students that cannot afford to go to school are assisted by the church. Monday, October 6, 2008. I have added a new link to the right side of our blog to make it easy for you to see photos that we upload each day. Make sure and check it out. We are enjoying the pictures. Anxious to hear all of you talk about your week. That should be interesting. Maybe Thanksgiving? We visited with Mike this afternoon, he is doing real well. He expects to go home tomorrow, will have to be careful what he lifts and does for a while. Will start on Chemo, but we don't know exactly when.
