Now getting back to the colonoscopy.it all turned out fine ten years ago and Dr. Myers told me I wouldn't have to have another one for TEN YEARS! I hoped ten years would turn into NEVER! Well here we are ten years later! Time for another colonoscopy? Yesterday I had my second colonoscopy. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE THAT WAS! For those who have had one, you know what I mean!

Then on Wednesday, Kori gave a BIG presentation to the CEO and Board of Directors at Dixie Regional Medical Center where she has just been named Pulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator. He also got his Driver's License on his VERY birthday, right after school. Then to top it all off, his parents bought him a CAR! Not a new car, of course, but a real car that he can drive places.maybe on a date.no forget that, I didn't mean it. We also attended Grant's St George gymnastics meet that same weekend. He did great! Jim got to participate.

We had the kids get in their same places and try to look about the same. We might do this again in 9 or 10 years. Sunday, October 14, 2012. April/May - I "injured" my knee (the "good" one). I was training for another 1/2 marathon walk when my knee began to hurt. Suddenly something felt like it popped and then I couldn't put my weight on it. Thru a long process I finally had an MRI which showed a "big" tear in the meniscus.
