I successfully completed a year of part-time classroom teaching, and toward the end of the year I subbed for colleagues for full days as well. It’s great to know I can tolerate that level of sensory input and keep up with what I need to do in a classroom. Someday I hope to be able to transition off these medications, but today is probably not that day. Beginning full cognitive rest combined with light physical exercise.
