http://behungrybethirstybehappy.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Be Hungry, Be Thirsty, Be Happy. Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Up, this was my absolute favorite meal. I mean, ANY time I got to pick what we had for dinner, this was it. The recipe says you can use chicken, but I've only ever had it with pork chops. I made it this week! Before it went in the oven! Check out my new Rachael Ray stoneware. My cousin gave it to me for my birthday, but I just got it the other day! 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves. 1 env Lipton onion soup mix. 1 can pineapple slices. I love when...

These will certainly impress guests at a brunch! 1 cup light brown sugar. 2 eggs, slightly beaten. 2/3 cup softened butter or margarine (10 2/3 tablespoons). Mix the above ingredients with a mixer.

Publix has steak already cut up and sliced (for only about $5) for fajitas! 1 pkg Fajita Seasoning Mix. 2 tbsp. oil, divided. 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless beef sirloin, cut into ½-inch strips. 1 medium onion, cut into thin strips. 1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips. 8 flour tortillas (6-inch). These are super easy, and good left over!
