Wednesday, August 29, 2012. Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Well, yesterday I had my 'surgery' or 'proceedure' or whatever you call it. Brian and I woke up at 4:30am and my dad got here to watch Logan. We got to the surgical center at 6:00 and they called me back around 6:15. I was so nervous. I didn't expect everything to look like I was having surgery. It was just a minor procedure really. Saturday, February 18, 2012. Healing of the 1st laser treatment. It's been 2 weeks now since I had my first laser treatment. All of the shadding is now brown, and the black outline is a little raised which has me a bit worried that it's scarred? Anyway, the healing was actually pretty miserable. It didn't hurt at all. Sunday, July 7, 2013. Too much going on. :(. These past few months have been absolutely crazy. Lets start from the beginning. Brian got a new job in TN. We are moving. I got pregnant again and found out the day before Mother's Day. I lost that baby too, a few days later. We bought a house in TN. My Grandmother fell outside and had to lay there for an hour before anyone found her. She isn't doing well and can barely walk. We sold our house in FL. My last day in FL is July 12th. Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Rating (B and C) is hard, which to me means the low scored are deserved, because I allow so much fluctuation. I no doubt have valid reasons to be upset, but I would ideally like to see that I handle things better, or more consistently. Here are my ratings today:.
