Life as we Know It. Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Our second Easter in Alberta! Last year I had just started a new job. Didn't know many people. It was pretty quiet but we DID get to see a giant egg and had supper with some new friends. This year was even better. Having a four day weekend was soooo nice! Life as we Know It. Friday, May 20, 2011. Happy Birthday to Me. Yesterday was my *ahem* 28th birthday. Unlike most years, this one was pretty uneventful. I worked all day, and nobody knew it was my birthday. Then I came home for about 40 minutes to eat, and headed out to french class. But there were bright spots in my day that made me feel special! Well I have not posted in about a million years.well maybe just two weeks, but it seems like forever. This last two weeks has been a whirlwind.report cards, interviews, resumes.ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.and people wonder why teachers DRINK! But a wonderful journey! I started at KDS back in October, and who would have thought I would have met such fabulous people!

He was my first official doggie as an adult. ( the first fur kid for Nick and I) And we love him to pieces! Tonight Cosmo being a spoiled dog got to go to the Spa for three hours. He got his nails trimmed, his hair cut, washed and blown dry, and his ears cleaned. WOW, who knew he could look and feel soooo nice! Oh wait he did!

We headed into Wolfville to take in some of the Deep Roots Festival. This is a Jazz and Blues type festival that has become a huge sucess in Wolfville. Here is a picture of Nick and Cosmo heading out in the salt truck.I think it must be hilarious for people to see Cosmo and Nick cruising around! Cosmo loves going in the truck.he people watches and hangs his head out the window ( Nick keeps the window open because he gets warm while salting, which makes cosmo Happy!
