Pats Cardmaking Passion: August 2014
http://patscardmakingpassion.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, 23 August 2014. Two cards to share with you today. The first I made for our niece's wedding anniversary. The backing panel was created when I was embossing and colouring some card for the mirror project. The stamped image is a Clarity cut out using a spellbinder die. The banner is Lala land. This next card I made for our SIL Stuart's birthday. I used the Robert Addams camper van die again. I love this die, it's so realistic when put together. Thanks for stopping by. Links to this post. I am 67 ...

Pats Cardmaking Passion: July 2015
http://patscardmakingpassion.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 28 July 2015. Another dull and dismal day today here in the West Midlands of the UK. Not much like summer at all at the moment but hopefully the sun will get his hat on before too long. A very good friend of mine became a Nanny for the first time last week to a gorgeous baby girl Olivia Louise. So today I am sharing with you the cards I made for the very proud parents and grandparents. I have also created a frame but will have to wait to show that as I haven't parted with it yet. Flowers for you...

Pats Cardmaking Passion: September 2014
http://patscardmakingpassion.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, 20 September 2014. Well as it's such a miserable morning here in the West Midlands I decided to do a bit of housekeeping on the old computer. Well the TV licence had to be paid and of course then I got sidetracked looking at crafty stuff, as you do! So while I'm about thought I would share a card I made for my dear friend Ann last month. Somehow I forgot to share it at the time but better late than never. Ann did receive it on time though. Until the next time. Links to this post. For the swirls...

Pats Cardmaking Passion: The sun has got his hat on
http://patscardmakingpassion.blogspot.com/2015/06/the-sun-has-got-his-hat-on.html
Monday, 8 June 2015. The sun has got his hat on. Well I've had a lovely few days both out enjoying the lovely sunshine and crafting. So here is the mirror I created, hope you like it. It has a fantastic metalic look. Now here is what I created with the Sweet poppy stencil I bought. I used some Creative Expressions Glitter paste though the stencil and added some background detail using distress ink and sequin waste. Here's hoping the good weather stays a while. So until the next time. 14 June 2015 at 19:16.

Pats Cardmaking Passion: May 2015
http://patscardmakingpassion.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, 24 May 2015. I know it's been a while and no excuses, just been a bit tied up. So without further ado here are some cards I've made recently. To be honest haven't been doing too much crafting lately. For the first two cards I used a Crealies patchwork die No.1. I saw this die on Eileen Godwin's. Page and I just had to get it. I know I shall be using this die a lot as I love it's versatility. The first card I made for my Mom's 92nd birthday last week. I cut the letters on my Slice. Retired Design ...

Pats Cardmaking Passion: July 2014
http://patscardmakingpassion.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Saturday, 19 July 2014. Haven't been doing much crafting lately but today with all this rain it is the perfect day to get back in the craft room. I was asked earlier in the week to make a card for a 14 year old girl and here it is. In reality the green is more lime and zingy but that's cameras for you (well maybe it's me! I chose the paper first from a lovely pad I picked up in T K Max and matched the copics to colour the birthday stamp. I love the Lala land pennant and use it any chance I can. Mixed Med...

Pats Cardmaking Passion: January 2015
http://patscardmakingpassion.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, 18 January 2015. The sunshine before the snow! Here are a couple of projects that I have created in 2015. I treated myself to Sue Wilson's Butterfly dies last week from Sunrise Crafts. They are quite local to me but I decided to order online this time and I got them next day with free p and p which can't be bad. By the way they have 10% off Sue Wilson Dies at the moment. Just finished the edges with doodled lines. Words from a JOFY stamp set. Have a good week. Links to this post. Cut a piece of c...

Pats Cardmaking Passion: June 2015
http://patscardmakingpassion.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Monday, 22 June 2015. I'm back with a couple of last weeks makes. Still got the bug for creating these frames so this is the latest I made last week. Find this very relaxing and therapeutic. Amazing what you can do with a bit of cardboard, some black gesso and gilding wax. Another of my latest favourites is the Crealies patchwork die No.1. I used a Sweet Poppy stencil and Cosmic Shimmer glitter paste. Links to this post. Labels: Crealies patchwork die No.1. Monday, 8 June 2015. The sun has got his hat on.

Pats Cardmaking Passion: May 2014
http://patscardmakingpassion.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, 24 May 2014. Well as it's such a miserable day weather wise I'm here getting things sorted on the computer which I don't seem to find much time for lately, apart from a bit of facebook and even less twitter. Not completely savvy with twitter but I give it a go every now and then. Quite simple to create really but very effective especially as they fold flat for posting. Now what to do with the rest of the day? Tackle the mountain of ironing or do a bit of crafting? Links to this post. Anyway it ...
