Crafty GJ | Creative Gran on the move
Creative Gran on the move. Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. October 9, 2016. As Rosie has the equivalent of a hip replacement (a bit of body work) and cosies up for the winter, we head off to Northamptonshire with our friends for a week on a 66 foot barge. No problem I do camping; can’t be much different on a boat. Our barge is the Rufus Castle and sleeps six. We pick her up from Gayton Marina. And begin our journey along the Grand Union Canal. As part of this I got rid of my bread machine and decided I was going to make everything by hand (as soon as I decided this mass panic occurred but I decided to stick by my decision). Conveniently the same day I popped down to 'The Urban Larder'. A lovely local shop) and blow me there was a sourdough making course happening the next week, so I signed up. Crafty crusade for gluten and dairy free food
Crafty crusade for gluten and dairy free food. Changing to a gluten and dairy free diet is not the easiest moment for an 18 year old. We are working very well on home prepared and cooked meals, but have really struggled whilst on holiday finding suitable snacks and food at takeaway outlets.
