Was it the sun and exercise yesterday? The extra two hours sleep I got Saturday and Sunday mornings? I need to clarify "good" - my knees, my back, my hand, my stomach, my head - they all hurt. Sunday, April 6, 2014. 40:25 for a 5k on the treadmill (warmup excluded). I ran the first 12 minutes (at 5.3 mph). Then 3 minutes walking, 5 minutes running, to the end. Lowest speed was 4.8.
