Sunday, June 10, 2012. Still Trying to Customize Hat Sizes. I've decided to get all of Ireland's hats that I've made for her since birth to use for my experiment. I have compared the hats to photos of her wearing them. I've looked at the dates to determine how old she was when wearing. This is how I've measured for sizes. 3-6 months 5.5 inches. 9-12 months 6-6.5 inches. 24 months 6.5-6.75 inches. Toddler and small child 7 inches. Adult woman 7.25-7.5 inches. 3-6 months 6-6.5 inches. 9-12 months 7 inches.

Saturday, July 25, 2015. I'm working on a few colorful projects. One is finished. I'm calling it the Colorful Stripey Hanging Basket. When I started it, my intentions were for it to be a bag with handles for carrying small WIPs. But the plan changed. I decided I wanted a hanging basket to go in the craft room. Monday, May 4, 2015. My Finished Zoe Shawl. I finished my Zoe shawl a couple weeks ago, but just today took the pics. I don't like my photos, Noro is hard to photograph accurately. This is not the typical shawl size. It's pretty small. I'm not sure if I would even call it a shawlette, but I did leave off the ruffle which would have made it a tad bit bigger. I only used one skein of Noro and didn't want to use more. me being lazy and wanting to finish. If you're interested in making one. Have a great week!

Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Stripey Spring Rug Instructions. I've been trying to sit down and write out the instructions for the rugs.which are really easy. I still haven't finished the solid color one, but I have finished the stripey one. It turned out smaller than I had initially envisioned, but it's so easy to make another in a larger size. Super Bulky (6 weight) yarn (I used Lion Brand Hometown USA). Size P crochet hook. Note: Make sure you work in the back loop only for every stitch. Light pink 4 rows.
