Max's Big Adventure

Thursday, June 11, 2009. Days 29 to 33 (June 9-13) East Bound and Down. After our great weather for camping in Amarillo, we headed South and East towards Houston and quickly returned to the hot weather that we had fled Savannah to escape. 1x9 setup is fun. Hey, I just migrated my bike to a 1x9 setup, rode it a couple of times and I can tell you it's definitely cool! I just wanted to have a simpler bike, and I've been considering removing the granny and outer chainrings from my crankset for a while, but I just did it a few weeks ago. Which gives plenty of useful information.
