The CrossFit CENTCOM Paleo Ride. January 6, 2013. I got this recipe from the Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook. You could really use anything you want in it. I made the recipe as is and it turned out great. I will experiment with different veggie next time. 2 TBSP coconut oil. 1 cup grated sweet potato. 1 cup grated zucchini (squeeze out excess moisture after grating). 2 TBSP minced Italian parsley (I used dried – it was all I had). 1 cup diced ham. 12 eggs, whisked. The CrossFit CENTCOM Paleo Ride. Philly Cheesesteak-ish Omelet or Scramble. January 29, 2012. My apologies for not taking pictures but I devoured this as if it were a timed WOD. Finely chopped steak (similar to Steak-ums but I went with the Steak-EZE brand). Coconut or Olive Oil. As many eggs as you would like. Chop and saute the veggies in oil until softened. Set aside. A) Snatch to max in 12 min (on 2nd miss you’re done). Attempt 4: 120# F. Attempt 5: 120# F — got 120# OH both attempts, but couldn’t stick it. B) Then Rest exactly 2 min before completing. 3 Rounds: ME Snatch in 60 sec @ 60%, rest 3 min. A1) Weighted Chinup: 5,4,3,2,1 rest 90 sec. A2) Weighted Dip: 5,4,3,2,1 rest 90 sec.
