June 14, 2016. In Workout of the Day. CrossFit Dixie – CrossFit. Every 5 min for 30 min (6 sets) complete the following:. 10 Thrusters 115/75 or 95/65. 10 burpee box overs 24/20. Scale to 6 min sets and do only 5 sets. A1 Push Press 5.3.1 then 1 max rep sets @ 70% of your last set of 1 rep. A2 Supine ring Pull-Ups x 10-12 reps. Record Last set of 1. Saturday, November 23, 2013. Crappy Halloween, clinic, changes in meds, and a championship! My last post was on October 14th, since then, we've had lots of ups and downs around here! I can't believe that I didn't even post about Abby's clinic either, but I've been busy just trying to keep up. Thankfully the labs all came back negative and after almost 2 weeks Abby started feeling better. I guess it was just a nasty virus and she has been feeling better since then. June 21, 2010. Life as a big sister. The bed is now up against the wall with a rail on the other side to help. the funniest part is she even falls out of the end. I went in one morning and she was asleep on the floor at the end of her bed. She must have fallen out, lol! It's been pretty fun though to see her become so smart and grown up like since the new baby.
