ROM WOD stands for Range Of Motion Workout Of the Day. It is a website that provides daily videos designed to increase range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity. These classes run for approximately 20 minutes. Please ensure that you RSVP to all classes to ensure that there are suitable coaches and equipment ready for the class.
