They are great for breakfast because the added protein will keep you full and satisfied for hours afterwards. 1 tablespoon almond butter. 1 scoop whey protein powder. Choose your flavour. I used chocolate. Mash the banana in a bowl and add all other ingredients, mixing well. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and make small circular shapes. Definition of a Workout. Are you hungry all the time? July 9, 2011. Here is the meat loaf I cooked up tonight. It was so yummy that I decided to share with you guys. Coconut aminos (coconut soy sauce)-fermented soy sauce will work. Spices- I used mixed herbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Grease a loaf pan. Put everything in a mixing bowl and mix well. Best mixed with your hands. Registered Nurse Love of nutrition and educating people.
