Review form for manmakers, scale loads. 2 min max effort calorie row. 2 min max effort DB or kb man makers. Dumbbell ManMakers are performed holding a pair of dumbbells. The movement sequence:. Squat to the deck (Dumbbells at hang height). Plant the DB on the ground, shoot the legs back into plank position. Return the feet to the squatting position (Dumbbells at hang height).
