February 26, 2016. On this (uncommon, for winter ’15/’16) winter night in Buffalo, I ventured to the west side to visit Shakti Yoga. For a donation based Vinyasa class. Shakti Yoga’s studio is located in what used to be a bank – picture greek columns and vaulted ceilings more than two stories tall – and has been completely converted to a warm and inviting space for all to enjoy.
