CrossFit Lions - Paleo Challenge - Fall 2011. Sunday, September 25, 2011. Way to go guys! Keep up the awesome job! Breakfast: Ham, lettuce, and tomato sandwich with paleo pancakes serving as bread. Lunch: Bacon and eggs. Snack: banana and almond butter. Dinner: Went to a dinner party, did pretty well. Pulled pork stuffed jalepeno peppers breaded with almond flour and coconut, fried in coconut oil. Fish tacos (wrapped in lettuce), and salad(which had a few black beans and corn in it). 4: paleo beef stew.
