The Compound Weightlifting Club (CWC), is the first and only USA Weightlifting affiliated club in Solano County. The Club's mission is to provide resources and training in Olympic-style weightlifting, strength and conditioning, and nutrition for coaches, trainers and athletes. The CWC currently meets Mon/Wed/Fri @8:00 AM and 5:15 PM. A CWC membership can be added on to your "Unlimited CrossFit" membership for just $25/month. A CWC only membership is $75/month (6 month minimum commitment).
