Watch out for static discharges when touching the metal ramp under the wires at the power station. This dam is half Argentina and hald Uruguay. It sits on the Uruguay river that separates the two countries. The energy provided covers the consumption for Uruguay and a part of Argentina.

On the other side of the desert, we meet a shark seller and a family living there by the sea. This is the Arabian Sea, a part of the Indian Ocean. We had lunch with them, mostly rice, dates and tea. We drive a little farther for more cosiness and place our tent there for the night.
