En direct d’Australie, des Donna Hay comme s’il en pleuvait. J'adore Donna Hay depuis que j’ai découvert son livre. La plupart des ouvrages de Donna Hay ont été traduits en français, sauf les derniers; mais il y a aussi son magazine. Très difficile à trouver chez nous, qui paraît tous les 2 mois je crois. N'ai pas eu le trop le temps de d'écrire et de consacrer du temps à mon blog ces derniers jours. Je réfléchis par contre à un relooking, en même temps que celui de ma cuisine d'ailleurs, pour les prochaines semaines. A suivre. Lavez les kumquats et séchez les. Coupez les kumquats en 2 dans le sens de la longuer et enlevez les pépins, puis recoupez les moitiés en 2 ou 4 selon la grosseur des fruits. Le lendemain faites cuire le mélange kumquats/eau 30 mn environ jusqu'à ce que les kumquats soient tendres.
