Cucina Ziccardi - Feedback. Friday nights are always "what are we going to have for dinner? Nights. For anyone who has ever asked this, please think of Merri's delicious cuisine. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan subs (heros) and A la vodka sauce (I broke down and made pasta to go with it). It was absolutely delicious. We will definitely call on her again!

Thursday, April 9, 2009. Traditionally served at Easter, Pastiera. Ricotta pie) is made with different ingredients depending on what region of Italy it comes from. The base of the pie is always the same: ricotta, sugar and eggs, but the other main ingredient varies. It can be made with either, wheat grain (husks removed), rice or the way my Nana made it, with small pastina. It was a family event when Nana made Pastiera.
