For the past few months, I've been addicted to Chai lattes. It all started when my nephew, John, insisted I try a sip of Chai at a local coffee shop. There's been no turning back since. A record of my culinary adventures. Laquo; Tuna patties. April 22, 2006. 1/2 cabbage, roughly chopped. 1 medium carrot, grated. 2-3 spring onions, finely chopped. 1/2 tsp sesame oil. 2 cloves minced garlic. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 egg white, lightly beaten. 1 boil cabbage till it is only slightly soft, then quickly refresh under cold, running water, and squeeze out as much water as possible. 2 mix together all the ingredients (except egg white). 250g canned water chestnuts. 1 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp sesame oil.

Sunday, February 8, 2015. We took a trip down to our new Temple, the Oklahoma City, OK Temple. The kids played around outside while Chris and I switched off going in the Temple. It was a long country drive there but it was so wonderful to be in the Temple. The boys had their Pinewood Derby for Cub Scouts. I didn't remember the name of my own blog, but I came back. ;). Currently slaving away at work - don't ask. It's not going well. Enough said. We're about 30 days away from the trip to Italy and London.major list making is going on, shopping plans are being plotted, fun is being had! My Whole Foods now stocks the Peanut Butter Tart. Yay.
